It also hit #7 on Barnes & Noble’s list of bestselling business ethics books.

Elizabeth designs and presents programs on transparent leadership, high performance teams, and authenticity, with her co-author, Barbara Pagano, to corporate audiences and leadership conferences. Elizabeth also contributes articles on leadership to a wide array of business publications, including The Chicago Tribune, Fast Company, Consulting to Management, PINK, and American Executive.

Elizabeth graduated from Vanderbilt University. Because of her work in leadership development, Elizabeth was recently named an adjunct faculty member of the Leadership Institute of Baptist Health Care (#10 on Fortune’s 2002 list of "Best Companies to Work For" and winner of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award), which provides leadership training to CEOs and senior vice presidents of healthcare organizations worldwide.
